PERSONALITY

I am aware of the unique contribution my personality and temperament brings to my work. I am a person who is extremely creative, conscientious, independent, thorough, and concerned about doing a good job. I have a detailed and expansive imagination coupled with a mind that is governed by a practical world. This combination enables me to look at problems from a very unique angle and still find a practical solution that fits a deadline or budget. My intuition is one of my greatest strengths, including my ability to have a good feel for the outcome of a project at its outset and spot potential future issues. I keep a calm vibe and most people find me especially comfortable to work with. I favor jovial professionalism, light-hearted shenanigans, and working with teams that rise above office politics and gossip. I typically listen hard and think for a moment before I speak. I know how to motivate in times of pressure, and am also empathetic and sensitive to people’s unique needs which makes me both a strong leader and personal manager.

HOBBIES

Racing the clock. Slow cruises on a bike path. Squishy suspensions on dirt trails. Carbon fiber frames zipping down a mountain pass. I love being on two wheels. It's my thing. I do all the classic Colorado outdoorsy stuff, too, but I love riding bikes the most. I also love to learn. My backlog of books, podcasts and bookmarks grows faster than I can keep up.

TRAVEL

The world is amazing and diverse. It is full of wonderful people, experiences and offers unique perspectives. My vacation time is spent somewhere amidst a tent in the woods, a local road trip or an international airport. When it comes to choosing a destination, there’s an old saying that comes to mind… “I haven’t been everywhere, but it’s on my list.”
